A Research On The Development Of International Service Outsourcing In Hangzhou

After the manufacturing flourishes, outsourcing has become a new commanding height of industry transfer. Internationalization and comprehensive competitiveness rising are considered as two important strategic measures of national development planes in coming decades for most countries, including China. Hangzhou, as one of the21service outsourcing demonstration cities, combing with its strategic objective of economic transformation and upgrading, will vigorously promote the service outsourcing industry as well as finding the breakthrough point of modern service industry.Based on the research of service outsourcing in Hangzhou, this paper was divided into six chapters. The first chapter was the introduction,it presented the research background, purpose and significance of this research, research actuality and research methodology. The second chapter was summary of service outsourcing, it illustrated the definition, classification and features. The third chapter introduced the current situation and development tendency of service outsourcing on a global scale. The fourth chapter introduced the current situation and development tendency of service outsourcing in Hangzhou. The fifth chapter made a deep research of service outsourcing industry in Hangzhou by using a SWOT analysis. At last,it raised a series of useful countermeasures for the development of service outsourcing industry in Hangzhou.
