After years of development, marine diesel engine industry has expanded each year. With the advantage of abundant labor resources, China has become second only to Japan, South Korea, after the most influential marine diesel engine parts producers. After2012the economic crisis, the marine diesel engine industry shrinked. Europe’s major marine engine manufacturers have turned their attention to purchasing parts from China with low costs. MDT-CN Quality Department currently inspect suppliers’parts by sampling. There is not only the existence of undetected risks, it is difficult to find the root causes of the quality problems. This supplier quality management status is difficult to meet the company’s strategy to expand purchases. For Chinese suppliers to establish an effective quality performance evaluation system, through improved supplier quality management levels decreased due to quality defects resulting mass risks and the cost of quality, to further improve the company’s procurement confidence, expand Chinese parts purchases, to achieve lower overall manufacturing cost strategy has important significance.In this paper, the in-depth analysis is conducted to MDT’s supplier quality management status. This paper studys at home and abroad in the performance evaluation and quality of performance evaluation based on the research and innovation defined the concept of supplier performance evaluation. Established based on GB/T19004(IS09004) quality evaluation criteria supplier quality performance evaluation model, breaking a variety of quality award models as the leading mode of limitations for GB/T19004(IS09004) Standard Performance Evaluation in the promotion of quality application has a positive practical significance. On this basis, we use AHP and Grey Relation Analysis Combination of comprehensive analysis of supplier quality performance evaluation system, established under the incomplete information supplier quality performance measurement evaluation. In this paper, the establishment of evaluation index system of innovation and the introduction of quality criteria maturity model for the evaluation index system suitable for practical applications provide new exploration. This article provides the conditions in incomplete information for accurate performance evaluation of supplier quality evaluation provides a new way for businesses to conduct an objective evaluation of supplier quality performance, improve supplier quality management provides an effective tool.
