With the financial market in china getting into the same line with the global market, the tendency of financial disintermediation is increasing, the commercial bank’s leading role in the financial services meets many challenges, and competition among banks becomes more fierce. The reform of the finance nowadays is a point of no return.The Market-based reform of interest rates is speeding up, and the obstacle of policies which prevents the entering of private capital into the banking industry has been removed. We can expect the pressure of survival, competition, and profit in traditional commercial banks will further increase in the next three to five years.Recently the whole banking industry in China is in the extensive mode of operation stage, and the situation that the margin between deposit and loan rate is the main profit resource has not changed. Employee Effectiveness,especially the performance of marketers is still fairly low, which cannot satisfy the future market competition’s needs. This article is based on related theories and methods of organization and employee effectiveness at home and abroad, combining service feature of commercial banks, using the empirical analysis method which is represented by variance test and structural equation model, with Self-efficacy as an intermediary variable, to explore the function mechanism of the impact of business innovation, organizational support and client base on commercial bank marketers’ performance, and on this basis proposed countermeasures for enhance their performance in the future.In this study, the author firstly discussed the concepts, characteristics of work performance, self-efficacy, as well as the measuring methods, and analyzed the mechanism of self-efficacy"s impact on work performance. With the xx branch of XX bank as research sample, this study secondly verified the significant difference of elf-efficacy among different samples by using the variance test method. Then through discussing the influences of organizational support, business innovation and customer base on self-efficacy of market personnel, this study revealed the acting path that the above variables finally influence marketers’work performance by influencing self-efficacy, and established the structural equation theory model. Based on this, this study verified, with the xx branch of XX bank as research sample, the effectiveness of the acting path model that organizational support, business innovation and customer base have impact on self-efficacy of market personnel. Finally, based on the empirical research, this study put forward some constructive policy suggestions on marketing organizations support mechanism, business innovation mechanism and customers accumulating patterns.The theoretical innovation of this study mainly concludes the following two parts:First, psychology and organizational have been focusing on the research of self-efficacy in recent years and have made breakthrough in general self-efficacy, while progressing to a more specific group (a combination of field and the particularity of organization) of self-efficacy. This paper focuses on the self-efficacy and job performance of commercial bank marketers, whose research results has a certain value on enriching the theoretical system of self-efficacy.Second, many a person works in the commercial Banks, this paper, on the background of great transformation of commercial Banks, focuses on the self-efficacy and job performance improvement of marketers, and explored the market staff incentive mechanism and management mode, which will have a certain practical significance.
