Famen Temple which is a buddhist holy site located in the County havegain a great reputation all over the world. How to speed up the County economic developmentof the County is an important issue to study and explore for the county.The county’s economic development of Fufeng County is the research object of thispaper. Firstly, study and prospect on the county’s economic development are proposed bysummarizing and stating the research situation on county economic development at home andabroad and making a comparative analysis. Secondly, Fufeng County’s economicdevelopment is introduced completely based on the actual research. Thirdly, a full-rangeanalysis on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of Fufeng County’seconomic development is carried out by SWOT analysis method. Fourthly, a basic ideal ofcounty’s economic development of Fufeng county is proposed based on comprehensiveanalysis and study. Fifthly, according to full discussion in paper, some suggestions oncounty’s economic development of Fufeng county are proposed in terms of promoting"industry, tourism, agriculture, urban and livelihood five modernization", building "strength,humanities, wealthy, livable, happy five new Fufeng" and so on.The main countermeasures of county’s economic development of Fufeng county includecreating the good development environment, optimizing the development mode, broadeningthe financing channels. For creating a good development environment, we should focus on transforming government functions, improving infrastructure, increasing the project reserves,improving the financial system, generating imcome through the migrant workers, acceleratingthe construction of towns, paying attention to talent introduction and training and so on. Thispaper focuses on optimizing of Fufeng development mode as described in detail. In the aspectof the tourism, we shoud work together to build the Shaanxi west line traveling Buddhistbrand according to the idea of "one-circle two-center four-district six-line ", and to constructa regional cultural tourism consumption center according to the idea of "one-area, one-district,one-ring, one-park, one-group". In the aspect of the industry,"four Park" is made as the mainposition of industrial county, and we should make breakthroughs in developing industrial park.In the south of county new area, Machinery Industrial Park is constructed, in the north andalong the mountain area, Building Materials Industrial Park is constructed, and in the south ofFamen Temple cultural scenic area, Tourist souvenirs industrial park is constructed. In theaspect of the modern service industry, the eight key projects are introduced. In the aspect ofthe ecological construction, ecological construction and environmental protection is put in amore prominent position, we should surround the green development, focus on the importantecological function area, get hold of the ecological construction, and further promote theconstruction of natural forest protection project, program to return farmland to forests, andcomprehensive management of soil and water loss, so as to enhance the ability of sustainabledevelopment.
