Analysis On The Development Strategy And Policy Of Synthetic Biology Technology Industry In China

The prosperity and development of synthetic biology technology in the new century, has gradually become the important force of promoting world new technology revolution. In recent years, with synthetic biology technology speeding up in industrialization, its impact on human society is far beyond the potential risk in the ecological system, the natural environment and human health. Any technology industry development affecting human physical cycle condition, natural reproduction pattern and social relationship, will have a profound influence on human social order and ethics.Like other scientific industry, synthetic biology technology industry, on the one hand, brings great social and economic benefits to human, giving hopes of solving a lot of human social development dilemma, and showing abilities and advantages in solving the problem of social energy, population, food, health and environment. Firstly, analyzing the research mechanism and fileds of the synthetic biotechnology, discussed its development process and systematically explored its development trend and talked about its research status. This paper aimed at its development trend evaluates the synthetic biothchnology industry from three aspects:the technology growth path, the industrial evolution characteristics and industry cultivating mode, to analyze the operation methods of technical achievements transformation, and provide theoretical basis for specific industry development. The main body of this paper discussed the development environment of synthetic biology technology industry in our country, using the methodology of marxism to ayanalze the specific industry background and promote a suitable industry value propostion for Chinese synthetic technology development. Based on the status quo of China’s economic and social development, formulates relevant industrial policy strategy, according to the analysis of the status quo of China’s industry, put forward adaptable goal and rules of synthetic biology technology industry policy.
