The stock market of our country is entitled as "the market of policy","the market of gambling","the market of banker" at every turn. The price of stock is often moving without keeping relation with the actual price. In this dead alive situation, we are trying to find an effective investment strategy which can make investors standing in a safe place. In order to develop the stock market in a healthy way, it’s crucial to establish a correct conception that is a conception based on investment value analysis.This paper expatiate on the financial report forms analysis and the theory of investment analysis by using the China Petroleum as example, introduce the basal circumstances and stock market of China Petroleum. Base on the report forms of last five years as the analysis object this text make analysis on the repay risk, circulating ability, payoff level and development anticipation of the company by choosing correlative analysis indexes, finally it can educe the financial evaluation and management status of China Petroleum. The emphasis of this paper is that it makes applied innovation on the investment value analysis and makes evaluation for stock value by using the historical average P/B, industry average P/B historical average P/E, industry average P/B, finally it forecast logical price interval. The conclusion is that even though the debasement of payoff ability, the company still has excellent asset and good operation ability, also it hasn’t repay risk. The vendibility of this company is underestimated. Whereas the downturn of the whole stock market in china, it suggests that short-term investors keep attention with the stock market, and the long-term investors could increase investment if the price is in a low level.
