Research On Technology Management System Dalian Locomotive And Rolling Stock Co., Ltd

Nowadays, developments of modern enterprises increasingly rely on science, technology and innovation. Research on technical management system has become a main subject for studies of enterprise management in the world and got wide attention. It has great theoretical and practical significance for technology innovation of industrial enterprises.In the period of "Eleventh Five-Year", China’s railway development gained delectable success, the general level of railway locomotive has been increased and edged into the advanced ranks in the world. However, we must be keenly aware that there is still much room for improvement in core technology of key areas with respect to the development requirements of China’s railway transportation equipment. Our capacity for research and development and technical management is weak and that become a bottleneck for the sustainable development of enterprise. Therefore, the most essential factor in the sustainable development of Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Company will depend on how can we establish suitable technical management systems and take measures for system construction to promote innovative system development under the new economic situation.This paper takes the technical management system as the research object according to the characteristic of railway locomotive manufacturing industry and the particularity of the Company’s traditional operation. Primary contents includes five parts:the first part introduces research backgrounds; the second part gives an overview about technical management notions and relative concepts and basic theories put forward by experts and scholars at home and abroad; the third part describes constructing technology management systems can play a critical part in enterprise management by learning from advanced technical management systems of well-known enterprises at home and abroad; the fourth part is the key part of this paper, the Company draws on the experience of domestic and international enterprises by comparing and analyzing their successful cases and combining with practical work placement to set up an innovative framework for its own technical management under the guidance of relative theories. It points out a new direction for the next development of technical management implemented in our enterprise; the fifth part discusses how to strengthen and improve the construction of the technical center and provide powerful technique support for the Company’s sustainable development within the framework of technology management system.
