Aiming at these problems, based on the Cobb Douglas production function and Solow equation analysis of science and technology, labor input and capital input on the relative contribution of output growth rate. Results show that, the output of the average annual growth rate of9.39%, the growth rate of labor input, capital investment growth rate (EL)(EK) and the progress of science and technology growth rate (EA) were32.63%,59.58%and5.37%.
