Zhejiang Wansheng new materials co., LTD. is engaged sales in the single product-CF black, product sales limited to the field of rubber, in recent years, the rubber market suffer the interference outside a number of factors, volatile, and therefore business as a single product, rubber market volatility of the limitations of the development of the enterprise.New product development strategy is not only important for company to get more incomes, but also for reducing the risk from mark recession, it is good for optimizing current business contraction as well. Zhejiang Wansheng new materials co., LTD., in order to break through the existing situation, get a new development opportunity, decided to start a new business development strategy, hope that through new product sales help enterprises to obtain a new economic benefits and market efficiency.In this paper, through the way of theory with practice, combining the successful experience of other similar enterprises experience to illustrate the significance of new business development strategy for enterprise development, summarize the existing of the Zhejiang Wansheng new materials co., LTD., the analysis of enterprise internal and external environment, and corporate factors such as available resources to demonstrate feasibility of the implementation of the new business development strategy. Through investigation and research of market and customers, the choice to adapt to the market demand and customer requirements of new products, and put forward the corresponding to the selected product marketing strategy, improve the product sales ability of the market.
