Individual Investment Strategy And Some Cases Study In Taiwan Stocks Market

Based on the Taiwan stock market investment as the research object, research the personal investment strategy. First, this paper studies the analysis the key factor for successful investors, stock investment environment and the analysis of the shortcomings of individual investors. Then, according to the key successful factors of the successful investors and individual investor disadvantages put forward countermeasures, according to the solution proposed "pension investment strategy" and "salary investment strategy" and get example validate investment strategy, and then with true examples verify the feasibility of strategy. In this paper, the study found that:the first, it is not easy to estimate the "Fundamental value" of "Return to BasicValue Theory" of a stock, and it is just an estimate, then, presents the theory of "mean reversion" only "average price" relatively simple calculation. Then put forward the theory of "Navigation Lock" to strengthen the psychological construction of investors. In the "Interval point investment way" of "pension investment strategy", the actual case in the section4.6.2.2of case analysis between January2005and March2005in annual profit margins from22.8%to30.8%is much higher than the possibility of bond margin of countries all over the world.
