The Application And Study Of ISO9000Quality Management System In Bridge Steel Company Rolling Plant

Firstly, this paper introduced how rolling steel plant of Bridge Steel Company manage quality before taking ISO9000series of quality management system, as a result of key technical responsibility is not clear, key process control is not accuracy, roll assembly is not standard, production data analysis is not deep and measures for the management of quality accident is not practical and any other factor of unsound quality management system, resulted in the status of unaccepted production accounted for a high proportion for a long time.Taking ISO9000series of quality management system, rolling steel plant of Bridge Steel Company mainly began from strictly control key production process, complete quality records, deeply analyze production data, improve roll assembly quality, correct the measures for the management of quality accident, continuously improve technology level these six aspects to improve and complete. Like this, we have effectively reduced the proportion which consists of bad dimension, not qualified surface, non-compliance tensile properties, low qualification rate of anti-seismic and not stable negative weight deviation.
