Empirical Research On Knowledge-intensive Service Performance Affect Corporate Social Networks

In the knowledge economic time,Knowledge-Intensive Business Service(KIBS) as an emerging industry to promote the innovation,have made great contribution to the development of social economy. The most important character of KIBS is that their survival foundation and the output is knowledge.And knowledge is embedded in the social network,it makes that the social network to be the key to obtain knowledge,and plays a very important role to promote the sustainable development of the enterprise.How can enterprises obtain all kinds of knowledge,and how to use and develop it in this rapid chang environment? It depends on the dynamic capabilities.Therefore,make a research on the influence of social network to the KIBS performance,and analyze the intermediary role of dynamic capabilities between them has a very important theoretical and practical meaning.The research of KIBS in our country is started from1994,and the research of the influence factors to KIBS performance is still rather backward.Based on this premise,the study take KIBS as the research object, analyze the impact of social network and dynamic capabilities to KIBS performance.On the basis of study at home and abroad,the study puts forward the hypothesis among social network dynamic capabilities and KIBS performance,and constructs a theoretical model of the three. Based on the finishing of138effective questionnaire, and through the reliability testing, validity testing, correlation analysis and regression analysis of the study model and hypothesis,we can draw the following conclusions:(1)Enterprise social network has a significant positive influence on dynamic capabilities.The network heterogeneity has no significant influence on the kownledge integration capabilities;The relationship strength has no significant influence on kownlege acquisition capabilities;The relationship stability has no significant influence on kownledge creating capabilities.In addition to these,the other conclusions are consistent with the original hypothesis.(2)Dynamic capabilities have significant positive influence on KIBS enterprise performance. The knowledge acquisition ability and KIBS innovation performance are not related, in addition to this,the other conclusions are consistent with the original hypothesis.(3)Dynamic capabilities plays an intermediary role between enterprise social network and KIBS enterprise performance.
