Then it is estimated, on the bas is of timing-chosen theory, that Tengda Company will gain higher market valuation due to its rapid development, more land reserves and clear busi ness model, etc. Finally, this paper will give a conclusion in the obstacles that must be improved and the key indicators, concluding a sales amount of more than10billion Yuan, net profit of more than1billion Yuan, annu al average growth rate of60%and a reasonable growth in land reserves, t hat must be realized after a comparative analysis among the sample comp anies within the industry and comparable companies.Research methods and conclusions of this paper can provide not only a guidance for Tengda Company to become listed, but also a reference fo r those private real estate development enterprises with the intentions of li sting and financing.
