With economic development, the social level of information continuously improve, how to build a "ubiquitous network" as the goal of ubiquitous network society become the focus of heated debate, including the development of M2M technology and their related businesses, has been become one of the important contents. M2M abroad has more than10years of development history, although the the domestic late start, but also the formation of scale. China Mobile as a leader in the M2M business, not only established a dedicated M2M Operations Center, and has also developed a wide range of M2M products, but with the expansion of the scale of the M2M market, been a great threat to the dominance of China Mobile.Based on this, we concentrate on and explore China Mobile M2M business model innovation. M2M business model involves the basic concepts, basic principles on the basis of research combing SWOT analysis tool analyzes the current business model of the China Mobile M2M business, through the study found that although the Chinese mobile M2M market space is faced with a huge application prospects vast opportunities to establish a unified M2M platform over another carriers walking in the forefront of market development advantages, but there are also technical standards are not standardized, industry concentration is low, the terminal morphological diversity, lack of coordination of industrial chain challenges, and low investment returns, lower customer stickiness promotion difficult, high technical threshold disadvantages, which need to attach great importance to the China Mobile.Subsequently, in-depth study six core factors affect the M2M business business model innovation, put forward China Mobile in conjunction with the stage of development of the M2M market and M2Mmain business model characteristics clearly continue to develop in the short term, the long-term to the custom mode of development path, and the efforts of China Mobile shaping up to be the main demands of the the the M2M industry chain integration, the M2M standards makers, M2M service providers incubator persons, promote China Mobile, the early realization of the the M2M business of business model innovation, short-term, medium-term and long-term goals (completely get rid of dependence on the network in the long-term, independent professional data service providers) and the main driving force.This article main innovation lies in:First round summarized the basic concepts involved in the M2M business business model, the basic theory and technology base and industrial base, more profound understanding of the status quo of Chinese mobile M2M business development. Combined with the actual development of the M2M industry chain, a more comprehensive analysis of China Mobile is the external opportunities and challenges facing the business model, internal strengths and weaknesses, and to provide research-based innovative business models for the next. Mature analytical framework in accordance with the business model innovation, combined with the characteristics of the M2M market development and business model, chose a more adapt to the path and direction of future development of China Mobile M2M business, and clearly the short-and long-term goal.
