The Master Plan Of YC Enterprise Information

YC Company was established in1986. According to requirements of PRC’s laws,there are two working objectives of the company: Firstly, it works as a marketregulatory agency (a Monopoly Bureau). Secondly, organizing tobacco sales is also thecompany’s work content. The company’s framework is composed by one head officeand10branch corporations in different districts. Since the last decade, YC company’sInformation infrastructures and core information application systems have beensuccessfully constructed. In details, the company’s information system has completelycovered the entire city. Moreover, three big applied systems including a centralizedtechnology layout, an electronic government affairs system and a system which is incharge of electronic business and making management decisions have been initialized.The three systems will offer a steady technology platform to the company’s Joint work,sales and marketing.In order to improve the company’s enterprise information technology to support thecompany’s development strategy, the content of this thesis shows: Firstly, protectingexistedinformation investment, breaking information silos, and centralized informationtechnology should be a central idea in the company’s information construction actives.The three big applied systems should play an essential role in designing the company’sdevelopment strategy, main working objectives implementation method, the company’sinformation framework, innovative enterprises’ IT framework and the company’scontinuous improvement. To build up the information system’s efficient integration,information silos should be eliminated. Furthermore, information security systemshould be set up in the process of collaborative operation and management. In order toachieve these objectives, a close loop enterprise information support system including"Warningâ†'Analyzeâ†'Decisionâ†'Plan Executionâ†'Controlâ†'Feedbackâ†'Warning".Finally, a unified standard, information platform, data base system should be build up toefficiently use information resources and help the company’s information developmenthas a better future.
