Abstract/Summary:
The software industry in China has become one of the leading industries in twenty-firstCentury. Qingdao Optics Valley software park has been founded, in order to improve thesystem of Qingdao information system, to promote the development of software industry andto form the core of knowledge economy in Qingdao. However, it is also accompanied by highrisks. Many uncertain factors including large investment, long constructional period,constructional problems, complex technology, slow recovery capital particularity, easily leadto other kinds of risks, which means the project in decision-making, construction,management, transformation. Serious consequences might be caused if effective measurescould not be taken. In that way, it is necessary for managers to identify the loss caused byhigh risks and reach out the best course of action. It weighs meaningful significance toestablish the system of a scientific evaluation and construct a reasonable comprehensivemodel of risk evaluation.Based on the analysis of present situation in domestic and foreign countries, the paperelaborates the causes、 process and methods of project risk, and according to the characters ofQingdao Optics Valley Software Park, various risk factors have been analyzed. Riskevaluation index system has been established by the principle of evaluation.According to the project of Qingdao Optics Valley Software Park, a risk assessmentmodel has been set up, using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of indexes.And then the author uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate it, as well asthe introduction of risk map.Finally, according to the present risk factors, the paper develops the response plan, anddetermines coping strategies and specific measures. In order to improve the level of riskmanagement, it promotes the better development. At the same time, it has the very strongpractical significance for other risk evaluation.
