Subsequently, such as Citigroup, HSBC, Standard Chartered and other foreign banks have opened branches in China. The domestic banks in addition to the local interbank competition, but also began to face more intense competition with worldwide banks coming into the Homeland. A review of China’s banking industry onto the international road course, foreign banks came in at first, and then the domestic banks went out of. It is evident that between in and out of the bank’s capital adequacy improved, the other foreign banks advanced management experience and business technology has gradually spread in China. China’s banking industry to its essence, to its dregs, and continue to enhance their competitiveness in the context of globalization. Today the banking sector is in full liberalization, the pace of "going out" of Chinese banks, compared with the strong force of "bringing in of the "foreign banks, it is a weak force. As of the end of2012, China’s commercial banks cross-border M&As of27cases, and in addition to the few merger cases, relative to abroad, the scale and the transaction amount of the mergers and acquisitions is also small, not even on the$10billion merger cases.
