Research On The Analysis And Comparison Of Energy Management Contract Project’s Business Mode And Its Key Management

The contradiction between unlimited needs in the economic development and constraints of limited resources wakes up people’s awareness of energy crisis. more and more companies use systematic management methods and means to reduce energy consumption and improve its efficiency. However, from the current point of view, the actual management system does not play a good role on energy saving. As a major energy management operation, energy management contract (EMC) has may problems in commercial operation mode selection and management process, which make a great deal of resistance to the spread of energy efficiency management.This paper systematically studies business mode’s analysis and comparison of energy management contract and its key management, and the specific content of the study includes four aspects:(1) analysis of the energy management industry laws and regulations,market and the status of energy companies and problems they are facing;(2) a detailed analysis of energy management contract mode and its advantages, and further on the description of its three business modes, and by using questionnaires for statistical comparison to find energy-sharing mode is the future direction of energy management contract;(3) analysis of the key stage and the importance of the contract energy management based on its service process,and find the solutions to the problems;(4) using the above research results in CG Steel and XJ Energy Service Company’s contract energy management practice to summarize the results.This study finds that although our country has enacted support energy-related laws and policies, still weak energy service companies lead to more realistic problems; on the one hand, by using questionnaires for statistical comparison to find energy-sharing mode is the future direction of energy management contract; on the other hand, analysis of the key stages of its management services, defying the importance of each key management and proposing countermeasures.
