Study On The Financing Efficiency Of Strategic Emerging Industries In China

Under the background of post-financial crisis era, our country has entered a key period of economic and social transformations, at this time, the state council put forward to focus on cultivating and developing strategic emerging industries. The development of strategic emerging industries has the vital significance for our country to carry out the Scientific Outlook on Development and to achieve fast and good economic development. And the financial system plays a key role in the process of supporting the development of strategic emerging industry. Based on the listed companies of strategic emerging industries, this thesis analyzed the current financing situation&financing efficiency of the industry, in order to do more deeper study on the financial support for strategic emerging industries.First of all, This thesis defines the financing efficiency as the efficiency that the enterprises in strategic emerging industries investing the capital resources obtained from the financing process, into the production and business operation process, so as to promote enterprises to achieve maximum performance of output and the efficiency of economies of scale, which is the result of the combination of financing process and production process. Besides, in the qualitative level, this thesis designs the suitable ways of financing for strategic emerging industries according to the financing characteristics of strategic emerging industries, and found that the strategic emerging industries are facing three big predicaments when conducting financing activities. Again, in the quantitative level, this thesis measured the financing efficiency and dynamic changes in recent years through the DEA model and Malmquist index, and found that the financing efficiency is quite low, and the strategic emerging industry in China also has a downward trend year by year in recent years. this thesis deeply analyzed the economic reasons for result.Last but not least, this thesis puts forward that we should broaden the financing channels, optimize financing services, promote the corporate governance and accelerate the development of strategic emerging industry so as to upgrade industry financing efficiency.
