An Application Research Of AHP In Yongan Urban Construction Company’s Financing Decision

With the acceleration of urbanization, China’s urban construction companieswhich grew up at a special period of urbanization are faced with increasing pressureand challenges. Because of the increasing demand for urban construction funds andthe constant transformation of developmental financial, China’s urban constr uctioncompanies are pushed by the government to the market, they need to choosereasonable financing ways and improve the financing efficiency to complete th eirtask in urbanization better. In addition, the emerging of innovative financialinstruments and new financing model promote the urban construction companies tomake better selection. The rationality of financing decision has become an importantfactor that affecting the development of urban construction companies.Based on the above background, this thesis studies on the application of AHP inYongan urban construction company’s financing decision. Firstly, the thesis firstintroduces the related theories of financing decision. Developmental financial andproject distinguish theory provide theoretical basis for urban construc tion company’sfinancing decision, domestic and abroad urban construction company’s financingmodels are the basis and premise of financing decision. secondly, analyzing themethod and process of Yongan urban construction company’s financing decision, wefound that the unreasonable of method selection lead to company’s financingefficiency relatively low. In order to solve the problem, I built an AHP model forYongan urban construction company’s financing options and carried on an empiricalexample analysis. Finally, I put forward some relevant suggestions so that the AHPmodel can better playing its role in financing decision better. Through the research, I found that AHP model can play a crucial role in Yongan urban constructioncompany’s financing decision, The result shows that AHP model’s application is ofsecientific meaning and practical value. Moreover, the research of Yongan urbanconstruction company is a typical case of China’s third line cities’ urban constructioncompany, the successfully application of AHP model to Yongan urban constructioncompany’s financing decision, can also promote the use of AHP model to other thirdline cities’ urban construction company, which will eventually be beneficial to theimprovement of the urban construction company’s financing efficiency.
