The trade modes of E-commerce, which represents the future development trendof trade.The application and popularization of e-commerce causes important changesin improving development of society and economy, and the e-commerce has becomethe most dynamic point in the global economy.The third party payment is the productof the rapid development of e-commerce. No clearing functions of non-banking thirdparty service providers has domonated the third party payment market, and broughtplenty of precipitation funds. However, the commercial bank which has settlementfunctions has become the supporting role for the third party service providers.Along with the tremendous business opportunities brought by the sustainabledevelopment of e-commerce and the third party payment market, the commercial bankshould not be satisfied with providing settlement service as dependent role, it shouldbe set up their own e-commerce and the third party payment platform and aceess tothe main battlefield of e-commerce, then provide clients with comprehensive serviceswhich includes the third party payment.At first, this paper introduces the development connotation and mode ofoperation of the third party payment, including the origin, the concept and businessoperation of the third party payment, the important factors promoting the developmentof the third party payment and its payment platform, credit rating, transactioninformation content matching, risk control and other contents, then the paper gives asystematical analysis of superiority and inferior strength of competition capability ofcommerical bank’s participation in the third party payment. Secondly, this paperanalyzed the developing of E-commerce, the third party payment and the pattern ofcommerical banks participate in the service of the third party payment by combiningthe current situation of the development of the third party payment of ChinaConstruction Bank of Hunan branch. On the basis of this, the paper make acomparative analysis of current sistuation and questions of the third party payment ofChina Construction Bank of Hunan sub-branch. Thirdly, this paper analyzed thedevelopment of the third party payment of foreign commerical banks. The analysisshows that the extent and characteristics of the third party payment of foreigncommerical banks is closely related to the support of governmental policy andnational laws and regulations. Finally, by thinking the reality environment, this article discusses the development suggestion of China Construction Bank of Hunansub-branch in two categories: one is the on-line payment, another is the offlinepayment. According to the idea of “ubiquitous, cross-border” and to establish ae-commerce trading platform which has unique style and the functions are related tothe commercial banks. Then, regarding the excellent brand as the basis, the third partypayment platform is a means, deepening customer segmentation market, all thesemeasures lay a foundation for customer to make network transaction and provideservice for comprehensive information publishing, making a match for trading, thethird party payment, network credit etc, and not only is a new product, new platforms,new methods which can provide integration service for clients, but also has becomethe new sources of profit growth.
