Over30years of reform and opening-up, China’s economic development, as wellas China’s private enterprises get larger development rapidly. Private enterprises hasgradually become the main force of China’s market-economy, not only to promoteChina’s economic development, technological innovation, but also to play animportant role in the employment, the prosperity of urban and rural markets, theincrease of revenue, optimizing economic structure, enhancing economic vitality,promoting social stability. The growth of Private Enterprises in China is worthstudying.The entrepreneur is a special kind of human capital in economic development,especially for private enterprises, entrepreneurs is the key elements to determinebusiness growth. China’s proposed to optimize the economic structure, transform themode of economic growth in congress clearly, which is both opportunities andchallenges for the private enterprise. Entrepreneurial human capital determines thesuccess of transition to achieve new growth. In view of those, this paper use empiricalstudy of entrepreneurial human capital of China’s private listed companies on businessgrowth performance in order to draw entrepreneurial human capital on businessgrowth performance. Therefore, study of entrepreneurs, human capital and the growthof private enterprise has important theoretical and practical significance.This article first analyzes the domestic and international dynamics, analysis onthe basis of domestic and international research and literature searching mechanism ofaction of the entrepreneur human capital on growth performance of private enterprises,and then proceed to the research and model design, hypotheses, listed companies byprivate enterprise information and data-based, descriptive statistics and empirical, andentrepreneurs in the state of knowledge, innovation capability, four aspects ofleadership decision-making ability and management experience to exploreentrepreneurs, human capital and growth performance of private enterprises, withprofiling what elements of human capital has a role in promoting business growth,entrepreneur human capital on business growth performance, the followingconclusions:(1) the education level of a culture of entrepreneurship and privateenterprise growth performance has a significant positive correlation, indicating thatthe higher the level of a culture of entrepreneurship education, the more we canpromote the growth of private enterprises;(2) entrepreneurs, work experience andvocational experience and growth performance of private enterprises have asignificant positive correlation, that the entrepreneur’s work experience more rich,morecan promote the growth of enterprises. This shows that the entrepreneur’s workexperience and experience of positive help to the entrepreneurs managementcompanies, some to draw on the experience of previous experience and experience inentrepreneurial management, decision-making;(3) entrepreneurs leadershipdecision-making ability and growth performance of private enterprises is a significantpositive correlation, indicating that in private enterprise, the unity of the post ofchairman and general manager of two business management rights of concentrated,making the managers in business decision-making, the choice of accounting policies, distribution of profits, policy formulation and other aspects have arbitrary power toreduce the barriers to enterprise policy formulation and implementation of thedecision-making efficiency and decision-making level, which is conducive to businessgrowth. Finally, conclusions and make policy recommendations for business andgovernment.
