| Developing food bank in Grain Province Especially in Grain County like hasimportant theoretical and practical significance, include changing farmer’s grainstorage mode, promoting the development of grain enterprises, promoting large-scaleproduction of grain, elongating grain industry chain, and stabilizing the grain market.In this paper, we take Hua County as example, use the food security theory andMechanism innovation theory, through survey analysis, comparative analysis andquantitative and qualitative combined analysis, the combination of theory and practiceanalysis, and along specific technical route to carry out the research.This paper can be summarized as the following five parts:The first part introduces the selected topic background and research significance,domestic and international literature review, research ideas and research contents,research methods. Illustrate the meaning of the food bank and its evolution, the foodbank operation mechanism, the food bank’s development model, the theory basis forthe development of the food bank, significance of the development of food bank. Thesecond part analyzes the situation of Hua County’s grain production, food bankdevelopment situation and the comprehensive benefit in Hua County. Analysis themain problems and their causes during the development of the food bank in HuaCounty. The third part summarizes the domestic food bank development experienceand draw lessons from the two models. The forth part puts forward thecountermeasures and Suggestions to the further development of food bank. The fifthpart summarizes some important research results, and puts forward the futuredevelopment prospects.Insisting the principle of from practice to practice, this paper has two aspects ofinnovation. First, this article actively explore commercial banks operation mechanism,to effectively solve the problem of food security provides a research way.
