The Research Of The Financing Problem Of Chinese Small Medium Enterprises

The financial crisis in2008led to a decline of demanding of the overseas market. In China, most export-oriented Small Medium Enterprises, which are labor intensive, have low added value. Therefore, they had been struck severely in crisis. The living environment for Chinese Small Medium Enterprises now, is facing more austere challenges, such as lack of money for further development, financing difficulty, etc.The paper has five parts. First part presented the basic theory of financing. Second part introduced the current situation of financing in Chinese Small Medium Enterprises, and there has great demand of financing but doesn’t have enough financing channels. Third and fourth part introduced the advanced experience of financing of the Small Medium Enterprises in Taiwan and Wenzhou respectively. Next, I made a comparison between the two areas and draw lessons from them. At last, I came up with a couple of suggestions for solving the financing difficulty in Chinese Small Medium Enterprises.
