| Because of extent of the economic globalization and informatization enhancing, dramatic changes have taken place in the market environment, and it is difficult to obtain long-term development if enterprises gain competitive advantages by developing their own resources and abilities as before when the market environment has changed dramatically. The traditional and opposite type of competitive strategy advocates to gain a higher market share by beating rivals, but it has exposed some disadvantages in the process of the enterprise management, and it has some negative effects on the long-term development for enterprisesã€industry and whole society. However, under the premise of competition, the competitive strategy of the the type of cooperation argues that enterprises should gain competitive advantages through the out of the enterprises. The cooperation can promote the circulation of resources and enhance the competitive advantages between partners. Besides, it also can reduce the transaction cost of enterprises and realize the win-win cooperation between the partners. Whatever the internal performance the type of cooperation of competitive strategy is good or bad, it will make a direct effect on the subsequent and more in-deepth cooperation between enterprises. In view of this, the paper studies the influencing factors of internal performance of he type of cooperation of competitive strategy from the angle of cooperation between enterprises.On the basis of relevant academic research results, the hypothesises are put forward to by theoretical analysis. And then, to verify these hypothesise, this paper gives a empirical analysis by making a marketing survey and the respondents is enterprise’s managers. The content includes three parts:theoretical analysisã€empirical research and the conclusion. First of all, through the analysis of the related literature review, four factors that influencing the internal performance of the type of cooperation of competitive strategy are proposed:Resource complementary, target consistency, cultural compatibility and trust. The measurement indexes of internal performance come from the study results on performance of enterprise strategic-the theory of balanced score card. Based on this, it puts forward the relevant hypothesises and establishes the corresponding theory model. Secondly, this paper gives a questionnaire survey and the respondent is the enterprise managers. After that, it gives the statistical analysis by using the structural equation model (SEM) theory and AMOS statistical software. At lats, conclusions of this paper are drawed:Resource complementary, objectives, cultural compatibility or consistency trust has a positive correlation to the internal performance. And then it gives some suggestions and methods to improve the internal performance.Through the analysis on internal performance of the type of cooperation of competitive strategy, this paper hopes to provide some theoretical basis to the later research on this issue. And it also wants to give some advances when designing and choosing the competitive strategies during the process of enterprise management. |
