Because our agricultural products quality level is relatively lag behind the other countries, many products are to be refused by these green technology barriers, which seriously restrict development of the agricultural exports. The SK Company is one of agricultural products process enterprises, mainly dealing with garlic products" export. In order to get through difficult situations of export, SK is planning to start constructing garlic industrialized farm. But the enterprises will meet a series of problems in the long process of constructing agricultural industrialized farms, so an effective strategy is needed.Agricultural industrialization is specially stress on optimizing all production factors of agriculture. It aims to combine the leading enterprises, which have advanced technology and international quality standards, together with the peasants, and from an "enterprises+farmers’mode. Thus, with construction of agriculture industrialized farm, SK can avoid the influence to the export orders caused by the fluctuation of fresh garlic’s price, save the costs and make more profits. At the same time, the enterprise can provide farmers with the cultivation technology in order to enhance the quality of products. Thus, it will help agricultural products overcome the barriers of technology and promote the export of agricultural products.This article start research from demands of SK establishing farmes. After the internal and external environmental scanning, the article firstly analysed the Opportunities and Threats in the aspects of politics, economical, social and technical, then analysed the Strengths and Weaknesses within the enterprise in the aspects of organization structure, HR, operating capacity and QC ability. With the analysis, we select an effective strategy as:the enterprise should strong itself with supports of government policy, and constructing agricultural industrialized farms by steps. At last, make an Implementation plan according to SK’s actual conditions, to ensure the strategy will be carry out successfully.
