Accompanied by social and economic development, the personal entrepreneurial activity has become increasingly active. In recent years, a surge of farmer entrepreneurship and countryside entrepreneurship boom has set off in China. Rural micro-enterprise venture is paid more attention by the community in our country when the concept of "micro-enterprise" was formally proposed in July2011. However, it is difficult to operate a business for entrepreneurs, which is largely constrained by the lack of entrepreneur human capital, and the contradiction between entrepreneurial enthusiasm and low entrepreneurial performance has become a realistic problem confronting entrepreneurial enterprise which should be solved urgently. By the theoretical study and empirical investigation of708rural micro-enterprise entrepreneurs in Zhejiang and other seven provinces, this paper will explore the relationship of each dimension of rural micro-enterprise entrepreneurs’human capital and entrepreneurial performance, study the effect of entrepreneur human capital on entrepreneurial performance, and thus propose an effective way to enhance the human capital of rural micro-enterprise entrepreneurs, which will improve entrepreneurial performance. The specific contents are as follows:The first part introduces the background, significance, purposes and thinking of this study. The second part displays the current situation and shortcomings in the field of research mainly by reviewing the literature in relevant field, which provides the theoretical support and the entry point for this article. The third part provides the theoretical hypothesis, constructs a conceptual model based on the consideration of the theory and the reality, and makes a description of the investigation. The fourth part is about statistical analysis(reliability and validity analysis, variance analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, etc.) with the obtained data by investigation, and validation of hypothesis and the model proposed in third part. With the outcome of data analysis in the previous part, the last part states the relationship between each dimension of rural micro-enterprise entrepreneur human capital and each dimension of entrepreneurial performance, and in accordance with the conclusions, this part proposes practical suggestions and makes author clear the future study direction by multi-angle and multi-faceted thinking about rural entrepreneurs’human capital and micro-enterprise growth. The conclusions are drawn in this article as follows:efficiency human capital, dynamic human capital and exchange human capital of rural micro-enterprise entrepreneurs have an important influence on entrepreneurial performance. Among them, efficiency human capital influences the entrepreneurial performance most, exchange human capital does less, and dynamic human capital does least. From the view of the each dimension, hypothesis that human capital variables, except the knowledge variable are positively correlated with entrepreneurial survival performance or growth performance are supported.According to the conclusions, this paper puts forward recommendations to enhance the human capital of the entrepreneur, including:1.reinforcing the efficiency human capital by education, training and migration;2.stimulating dynamic human capital by psychological quality training;3.expanding exchange human capital by moral improvement of the quality and relationship network expansion.
