An Analysis On The Spatial Distrubution Of Tourist Lodging Hotel In Suzhou Wuzhong

With the tourism and tourist market potential increase unceasingly of our country, on the one hand, the development of society and GDP per capita is rising, at the same time, gave further impetus to the demand for tourtist accommodation market; on the other hand, the lodging hotel investment fever on the rise. As the core of Suzhou tourism development zone, Wuzhong has Mudu, Luzhi, Dongshan, Jinting, Guangfu five historical famous town, sitting on three-fifth of the Taihu lake, Wuzhong occupies the Three Ancient and Lake tourism brand-"the ancient city of thousands, classical gardens, waterfront town, and Taihu lake scenery", the status of Wuzhong district in Suzhou tourism landscape is increase year by year. Study on spatial distribution of tourist lodging hotel, to urban development and planning, the lodging hotel layout has important practical significance and theoretical significance.In the lodging hotel spatial distribution of the related study, combining traditional statistical methods and spatial statistical methods for detection of spatial distribution characteristics and association analysis research is less. Based on tourist lodging hotel which in total232(Wuzhong tourist office investigation data at the end of2011), formed by the star hotel and budget hotel, as the research object, in under the GeoDA and ArcGIS technical support, with hotel distribution point data and surface data, combined with a variety of methods to analyze Suzhou Wuzhong’s tourist lodging enterprise characteristics and inner mechanism of space and time were studied and discussed. Research conclusions are:(1)The development of tourist hotel is divided into three stages:the first phase of polarised development, is the beginning stage (before2000); The second phase in high-grade hotel development is rapid, belongs to the standardization stage; Third stage not only has business type, conference type, holiday type, also appeared the theme boutique type, for personalized development stage, Wuzhong shows that tourist lodging hotel is moving toward professional and personalized development.(2)The spatial distribution presents "scattered, small cluster " trend, starting with the first stage being decentralized into point-spatial distribution result in point-cluster spatial distribution pattern, the last group of coexistence of multiple expansion spatial distribution form.
