The development and utilization of land resources were closely bound up to economic society, as the essential condition of the survival and the material basis of creating all of the wealth development of human society. The reasonable configuration of land resources could effectively promote the local economic society development, while the unreasonable development and utilization not only lead to the low land production efficiency, also destroyed the Coordinating relations of the economy and environment, those were not conducive to the sustainable development. The important issues that how to make the reasonable configuration of the limited resources and got the greatest effectiveness were studied and discussed by the people from all walks of life. The development of "Coordinative Urban-Rural " was clearly put forward after the party had been convened16th congress, it was demand that coordinative urban-rural on planning and construction industrial development> management system and income distribution for attained the integrative development of urban-rural economic society. It was indicated that the fundamental approach to solve the "San-nong" problem was the integration of urban-rural development in the18th congress, put forth effort on the aspect of promoting integration of the urban-rural planning、infrastructure、public service, and so on, to accelerated and consummated the system and mechanism of urban-rural integration development; It demanded that we should surveyed the thinking of land resources allocation again, formulated sane overall plan for land utilization, take the effective allocation measures and settled the present subsistent problems of the land utilization to reform of the land requisition system and improve allocation proportion of peasantry in the land value-added benefits, to make the configuration of land resources ensure the local food security, and adapt to objective requirement of coordinative urban-rural integration development, to adapt to the sustainable development strategy of the social economic.Taking Guangyuan as the research region, this paper used the correlation theories of coordinative urban-rural and land allocation as guides, analyzed the influence of coordinative urban-rural development on land Resources allocation, analyzed the land resource allocation demands of coordinative urban-rural development at Guangyuan for the practice of coordinative urban-rural at Guangyuan, presented the subsistent questions of land resource allocation in the process of coordinative urban-rural development at Guangyuan based on the situation of land resource allocation at Guangyuan in recent years. Then solved the subsistent problems with optimization solution from two aspects that qualitative and quantitative, The angle of the quantitative utilized the approach of multi-objective programming to optimize the structure of land used, qualitative put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions of optimize the allocation of land resources to promote coordinative urban-rural development. The main conclusions were as follows:(1) There were mainly five aspects impacted on land resource allocation exercised by coordinative urban-rural development in Guangyuan City. Firstly, optimizing space layout of the urban and rural areas put forward new requirements for land resources allocation including taking rural and urban as a whole unity to plan and use. Secondly, the influences of industrial parks and industrial structure adjustment on land resources allocation are establishing the direction of industrial development according to the situation of economic and social development, establishing the direction of the regional land use based on the natural attribute of land resources. Thirdly, the influences of constructing the urban-rural infrastructure on land resources allocation were planning and predicting of land scale of infrastructure according to the requirements of the macro demand of social and economic development, strengthening the land layout guide to promote the land intensive use. Fourthly, the reform of household registration system requires to innovation the rural land management system. Fifthly, the new rural construction and new community construction request to location layout reasonably and arrange the idle land. Lastly, protecting the urban-rural environment required to attaches great importance to ecological construction and emphasize the ecological land.(2) Optimal allocation of land resources should adhere to the principle which must be systemic, dynamic, completely and realistic; should balance the economic benefit, the social benefit and the ecological benefit. The results of optimal allocation of land resources in Guangyuan city showed that proportion of total land area which reduces at differently extent include other agricultural land, rural residential land and unused land, other kinds of land use types increase at differently extent. The optimized land use structure accords with the ideas and goals of coordinative urban-rural development in Guangyuan city, realizes the coordination of economic development, social benefits and ecological benefits.(3)Five aspects of countermeasures were presented in this article for the reasonable allocation of the land and promoted the development of overall urban-rural areas. First one, the planning system that the land used general planning as the core should be established and perfected; second, the integration of urban-rural land market should be established; third, the intensive degree of land utilization of called for an enhancement to reduce the phenomenon land wasted; forth, a reasonable financial transfer measure should be made to realize the balance development between the advantaged and disadvantaged areas, lastly, the evaluation system of land used should be established and perfected.
