One of the most important reason is the high cost of logistics:agricultural producers attach great importance to the production but despise circulation of commodities for a long time, and ignore the agricultural products logistics cost. According to the official data, the loss in agricultural products logistics is about30%on average in China, however,the loss of agricultural products logistics in developed country such as Japan and American is only about3%, nearly10times difference. Since China’s accession to the WTO, domestic agricultural market have faced he biggest challenge of international agricultural market, farmers of small-scale production and big market contradiction will be more prominent. In order to enhance the competitiveness of agricultural products, improve the level of farmers’ income, and to realize agricultural modernization, we must try to effectively exploit market for agricultural goods, reduce logistics cost, and realize the value of agricultural products.Tarocco blood orange is native to Italy, introduced in1992by the Chinese academy of agricultural sciences citrus research institute, engraftment in Zizhong county of Najiangshi, Sichuan province. It is awarded the "Chinese Tarocco blood orange of the township"by the Chinese economic association in March2004. Zizhong county hilly-gully region is located in the Sichuan basin. Because of the superior climate, soil conditions,which form a quiet color, aroma, taste in a unique brand of fruit endowment Tarocco blood orange. In2012the blood orange planting area has achieved to more than110000mu, the output has achieved more than60000tons. Tarocco blood orange is a typical characteristic of agricultural products, and Zizhong county is located in western China, so choose Zizhong county Tarocco blood orange logistics as a sample must be representative and of great reference significance.This paper take Zizhong county of Najiangshi,Sichuan province for example. Applying theory and empirical, qualitative and quantitative research method to suggest the problem of blood orange logistics for Zizhong county of Sichuan province. Full-text is divided into five parts.:the first part is the introduction, this part introduce the research background, purpose and significance, to summarize and evaluate the domestic and foreign research literature about agricultural products logistics and progress, and put forward the thought of the research train, method and technical route; The second part summarize concept of the agricultural product logistics and the research theory of domestic and foreign, which has lay a solid foundation for this study; The third part analyze the development present situation of blood orange logistics of Zizhong county, point out the typical problems such as labor shortages, low blood orange marketing level local blood orange logistics in the developing process. The firth part comes the quantitative analysis, this part use the principal component analysis to analysis the Tarocco blood orange logistics cost factors. Extract the two principal component factors of blood orange production capacity and logistics level according to the research outcome; The fifth part, the first is the results analysis, including the analysis of production capacity of blood orange and logistics level. Followed by the policy suggestions, to improve Tarocco blood oranges’ competitiveness in domestic and international market of Zizhong county, we have to reduce blood orange logistics cost. Based on the investigation and analysis in this paper,I put forward the following six policy recommendations:the first one is actively introduce leading enterprises, develop diversified processing industry, extend the Tarocco blood oranges industrial chain, increase the added blood orange industry value; The second one is to increase the investment in rural education, improve the education level of the farmers who plant Tarocco blood orange; The third one, continuously strengthen the market main body status of the Tarocco blood orange farmers; The forth one, strengthen the power of policy support and to provide a good external environment for each of the stakeholders on the blood oranges industrial chain of division of Tarocco; The fifth, create a diversified information exchange platform, promote the information feedback of Tarocco blood orange industrial chain, improve the management efficiency of the whole blood orange industry; The sixth one, processing enterprises should actively participate in the professional cooperatives cooperation, and continuously improve their strength, also should increase the engagement intensity of industrial chain and Suture industrial chain breakpoints.
