The Empirical Study On Factors Influencing The Demand Of China’s Enterprise Annuity Market

In order to ensure the level of pension for retirees in the future, the government continuesto advocate enterprises to adopt enterprise annuity as a supplement. Employing the statisticaldata of recent13years in China, the author uses the gray relational analysis method toanalyze the factors influencing the demand of China’s enterprise annuity market in this paper.Combined with a large number of literature, this paper introduces the developmentcourse of the establishment and reform of China’s enterprise annuity system. Then, accordingto the development of enterprise annuity system in China, the author summarizes the currentsituation of the development of enterprise annuity market in China. It is urgently needed todiscover the factors influencing the demand of China’s enterprise annuity market and identifykey factors which strongly impact the enterprise annuity market so as to proposecorresponding measures to remove the key barriers. Combined with related literature dataintegration from2000to2012, the author selects indicators from three aspects of economy,society and enterprise, and analyzes the most significant indicator affecting the demand, basedon the grey correlation analysis method. At last, combined with the current problems ofenterprise annuity market and the result of index analysis, the author provides somesuggestions of promoting the enterprise annuity market demand. From the aspect of market,financial market development efforts should be strengthened, including channel innovation,personnel training, internet financial development and supervision function of investment.From the aspect of enterprises, the medium-and small-scale enterprises should be stimulatedto build enterprise annuity plan, and seize the trustee opportunity of turning to legal personfrom the Council, in order to stimulate enterprise positivity; and enterprise annuity should befully developed, using the good news of superior tax policy. Through the above suggestions,the living standards of retirees can be improved and the extent of demand for enterpriseannuity can be enlarged.
