Triggered by the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis,the economic crisis sweepped the worldin the year of2008.The domestic economy of U.S. felled, unemployment soared, and fed upwith numerous difficulties. In order to revive the U.S. economy from the financial crisis, theObama administration began to vigorously implement the"re-industrialization " policy. Basedon this background,this article begins from the concept of " re-industrialization ", trends andfeatures. And then,this article mainly analyzes the realistic background, nature and directcauses of U.S."re-industrialization". U.S. economic crisis reflects the imbalance of the U.S.economy, and the false prosperity of virtual economy conceals the abnormal developmenttrend of real economy and the virtual economy. Weakness and problems caused by therecession in the real economy ultimately lead to the financial crisis. The United States have toadjust the imbalance and disconnect to get out of the financial crisis. In the call of low-carboneconomy and a new round of technological revolution, the " re-industrialization " is a newround of industrialization and de-industrialization with new energy,high-value-added,high-tech.The Obama administration’s policy of "industrialization" has paid off sinceintroduced, but it also faces up with many challenges, there are a lot of restricting factors. So,in order to realize the strategic target of "re-industrialization" there is also a long way to go.The problem of "re-industrialization" under the background of the financial crisis isconnected with the historical process of economic development in this article. The twice"re-industrialization" in American history are compared. Secondly, based on the analysis ofthe root why United States put forward the "re-industrialization", the train of thought is madeinto a frame in order to more clearly. This frame combed the US financial crisis’s eruptionprocess and the policy of "industrialization" adjustment principle clearly. From the point ofthe whole development course, the "re-industrialization" of the United States is the essentialstage of economic development in the United States, it can fundamentally solve the financialcrisis, and make difference from a long term. It will push the development of the economy toa higher level."re-industrialization" is the reflection of the country’s economic development and is also the adjustments after consideration.As one of the largest emerging economies,China in the face of financial crisis and the United States "re-industrialization" to be calmed,learn the experience especially to avoid the actual disconnect, efforts to build suitable forindustrial structure system of its own national conditions are must. In the process of globaleconomic integration,China should take advantage of both developed countries and the globaleconomic development, and pay attention to the construction of domestic economic system;open but independent, learn from the United States economic development and the"re-industrialization", then China’s economic development will go towards a new stage.
