With the rapid development of economy, Chinese people’s living standards havecontinually been rising and the real estate industry has also been growing fast. In thepast decades, the real estate has grown into an important part of the national economyof China. Meanwhile, the real estate market has turned from a seller’s market to abuyer’s market and has become more fierce competitive. Since2011, the Chinesegovernment has put forward some control policies to gradually standardize the market.Thus, the real estate marketing has become a significant part for the operation of thereal estate.Through analyzing the theory of marketing and combining with the practicalcharacteristics of the real estate industry, this paper focuses on the ZW Beauteouslyproject to analyze this project’s marketing strategy. The author first states thebackground information, the purpose and the significance of the research. The secondsection describes the real estate marketing system, combining the basic theory ofmarketing with the specificity of the real estate market. Third, by a huge amount ofmarket survey based on a combination of theoretical analysis and practical surveymethod, the article uses the Fuzzy Mathematics and Markov model to forecast theproject sales and the market share of competing projects. On this basis, a detailedanalysis of the project’s marketing environment, strengths and weaknesses, andcompetitors is presented, and the author proposes a marketing mix strategy for thisprogram. In addition, in order to guarantee the smooth implementation of the strategy,this paper provides a series of protection mechanisms in the final. Based on the project of ZW Beauteously and the data analysis, this paperresearches the marketing strategy for the projects of real estate. This research hascertain referential significance for the sale of ZW Beauteously project.
