Research Of The Coordinated Development Of Economy, Society And Ecological Of Yulin City

The high-speed economic development is the only aim of the traditional developmentview, GDP is weighs and examines the government achievement a most important standard.But the traditional development view has turned out to be far away from perfection. Thismeans that it was no longer fit for today’s demands. This paper will based on the relevanttheories and evaluation method of the scientific development outlook and developmenteconomics, the evaluation programme of regional scientific development is erected. And thenit analyses the relationship between the exploitation of natural resources and regionaleconomic development theoretically and practically. On the basis of the developmenteconomics theories of Chinese and foreign scholars, the paper will construct an efficient long–term coordination mechanism. By combining the coordination mechanism and the system, thepaper raised relevant policy proposal according to the empirical conclusions and aboveresearches.This article main research content is as follow: The first chapter introduction. Hasoutlined the research background, purpose and significance which this paper selects a topic;the research method; the technical route. The second chapter outlined the researchcircumstances about the topic and discussed briefly the basic contents of related theories. Inthe third chapter, the GDP of11counties and one district of Yulin city was adjusted to greenGDP using the productive method. Then the paper has a new HDI by embedding the greenGDP into it, it’s called GHDI.In the fourth chapter, factor analysis and fuzzy mathematics theory were used to establishthe model of the compound system to measure and evaluate the coordination degree ofpopulation, economy society, resources and environment of12counties（district）in Yulin city.In the fifth chapter, based on the interactional mechanism between regional pollution，regionaleconomic growth and employment，this paper constructs a simultaneous model to investigate the relationship of regional pollution indicators, regional economic growth and employmentindicators. The sixth chapter is the conclusions and policy recommendations in this paper. Theseventh chapter is research innovations and defect.The results show that: the general harmonious level of the compound system for12counties（district）in Yulin city is relatively low and is in a weak harmonious condition. Therelation between per capita GDP and three indicators (indwater, indSO2and indwater) presentan reverse “U-shape”EKC curve. But it does not mean that regional pollution problems wouldbe totally settled when the regional economic development reached a certain stage．This resultshows that its economy relies heavily on high carbon industry over the long term. And theanalyses show that educational investment and the social security system have not producedthe first-rate beneficial result.
