Our province has good weather conditions and rich natural resources.Government will create modern agricultural enterprises into the PlateauCharacteristic Agricultural Industrial Park, with natural village and humanresources. It will promote the economic development of our province.Modern agricultural enterprises still stay in the primary stage ofindustrialization of agriculture in our province. Supporting enterprise’sdevelopment needs capital. But the modern agricultural enterprises have somefinancing constraints. They cause a difficult situation of enterprise financing.This paper first discusses the related theory of modern agriculturalenterprises. Then I expound the present situation and development trend ofmodern agricultural enterprise in our province. Through an in-depth study ofthree national demonstration zones, the study reveals financing problems andthe situation of credit supporting. Finally, the author expresses the effectivecredit policies.
