With the influence of traditional heavy industry on the environment in the world ismore and more big, the tourism industry as the "sunrise industry and green industry" hasbeen paid more and more attention, but China’s tourism industry for a long time becauseof the tertiary industry belongs to service industry, its impact on the national economyand the status in the national economy are poor therefore, in the industry managementand research of backwardness.In this paper, by small and medium-sized tourism enterprises and Beijing TonghuaInternational Travel Service Limited company as the research object, based on the basictheory of compensation at home and abroad, based on the current salary system of smalland medium-sized tourism enterprises to understand, through investigation and analysisof questionnaire and the current compensation system of Beijing Tonghua InternationalTravel Service Co., Ltd., find out the defects and problems in the current salarymanagement system, and designs a set to conform to Beijing Tonghua InternationalTravel Agency Limited company’s salary system the necessity, then according to theguiding principles of the compensation system design and the general procedure, focuseson how to design a set of effective salary system for small and medium-sized tourismenterprises, which can stabilize the company’s core staff, strengthening incentive, so thata more dynamic, more easy to reach the strategic target of the enterprise, promote thelong-term development of enterprises.This paper is divided into five parts, respectively, from the background and thesignificance of the study, the compensation theory, current situation and problems, theredesign of the salary system, the salary management of security and implementation aredescribed.
