Research On The Development Of High-Tech Service Industry

As an important driving force for economic development, the high-tech serviceindustry is concerned widely in the community increasingly, becoming a hot researchindustry. In the high-tech-based economic environment, as a source of innovation,high-tech service industry has the status of the economic base to support the social andeconomic development. The high-tech service industry is the process of a high-techdissemination and use, the continuous generation of new technologies, new modes andnew formats in the application process, the emergence and applications of newtechnologies promote the development of high-tech service industry, high-tech servicesector thus become a source of innovation and economic growth point. To speed up thedevelopment of high-tech service industry, it needs for further harmonizationunderstanding of the current development of China’s high-tech service industry, identifypriorities, and improve policies.On the basis of introducing the theory of domestic and foreign high-tech serviceindustry development, this paper firstly defined the concept of high-tech service industry,summarized the characteristics of the high-tech service industry as well as the conditionsof development and mode of development, and defined the scope of this study; based on areview of the current development of China’s high-tech service industry, it built ahigh-tech service industry evaluation index system, after making full use of the ourcountry’s second economic census data and related indicators of Statistical Yearbook2011of the tertiary industry in China, and the application of factor analysis, it study in-depth onChina’s high-tech service industry; through a combination of qualitative and quantitativemethods, the paper analyzed the development status of Hubei Province High-tech servicesindustry as representatives of the central region, and it did a systematic analysis for theinternal sectors of the economy and the overall situation in the high-tech service industryin Hubei Province from the scale of development, the government investment and thelevel of development. Based on the development status, existing problems and importantrole of the high-tech service industry, this paper clearly put forward a general idea of thedevelopment of high-tech service industry, and the measures and recommendations topromote the healthy and rapid development of the high-tech service industry.
