On the onehand, is refined oil pricing mechanism reform and improvement of not only the essentialmeans of integration with the international oil prices, is also related to the efficient use ofenergy and sustainable use. China, on the other hand, an important identity as oil importsand consumption country, concerned about the significant international oil pricing, whileconducive to their own economic interests, but also to gradually improve their own voiceand a vote in the international oil pricing process. Therefore, the current refined oil pricingmechanism, identify problems and propose appropriate countermeasures, has a veryimportant theoretical and practical value.This thesis is based on international and domestic refined oil pricing mechanism andprice changes in the background, an important theoretical refined oil pricing mechanism,such as the theory of price formation, market monopoly theory-based, learn from othercountries in the international oil pricing mechanism and the price of oil regulatory andpractical experience in the historical transformation of China’s refined oil pricing mechanismto sort out the premise of the main analysis of the main problems of China’s pricingmechanism, such as market allocation is difficult to play up more or less by the criticism, themarket price lack of contact with the market supply and demand, pricing mechanisms, thelack of effective supervision. Finally, the author has a certain operability improvementcountermeasures. These countermeasures include the introduction of market competitionmechanism, the development of the oil futures market, strengthen macro-control, and learnfrom the advanced experience of foreign countries.
