Research On The Influence Of Village Structure On The Rural Land Renovation

Rural land renovation plays an active role in improving agricultural production andpeasants’ living conditions，but at the same time also affected by some subjective andobjective factors. Different village has formed its own unique village structure in the longcourse of historical development, and every village will have their own developmentprocess, such as natural conditions, economic development, personnel structure, culture,custom and so on, which are more or less affect in the rural land renovation. Therefore, it’sbeneficial to get the focus to study what the influence of village structure on the rural landrenovation, which can promote the progress of the rural land renovation. Taking YuZhongCounty as the study area, select five representative villages to carry out the study of thevillage structure on the impact of rural land remediation, exploring the path of the landremediation under the control of village structure, on the basis of analyzing factors thataffecting land renovation, provide the basis for the implementation of the renovationprojects.This study mainly uses the structural equation modeling, and combined with thesurvey data of the samples village, analysis of the following main conclusions:(1)Through information research and the basic situation of sample villageinvestigation, this paper defines the concept and connotation of village structure. Villagestructure refers to the subject of natural resources and dispose of those resources existwithin the village, and the allocation of rights between the different subjects of rights invillage governance structure, as well as the natural resources of domination and interactiveprocess. Its meaning that the natural conditions, population, power structures andgovernance model in the village.(2)This article through the peasant household questionnaire of five sample villages inYuZhong County, using structural equation modeling (SEM) to build a path graph of thevillage structure impact on the rural land renovation model, test the results of the model andanalysis of the relationship between the various factors, assumptions and set the path ofstructural variables and based on reliability analysis of the questionnaire, the results showedthat:①Farmers moving condition of psychological expectation is strong impacted by thecurrent living conditions of satisfaction, the path coefficient was0.85;②Satisfaction offarmers existing contracted land have a significant effect of the arable land benefit after finishing expectations, the path coefficient was0.87;③The subject of rights affect thedegree of contracted land management intention is positively correlated, the pathcoefficient was0.82;④The subject of rights has a certain impact on the satisfaction offarmers current living conditions, the path coefficient was0.78;⑤In the village renovation,farmers more emphasis on infrastructure, medical conditions, education institutions,transportation accessibility, neighborhood relations and other issues, at the same time,economic factor is the main problem when the new houses build.⑥In the regulation offarmland, farmers more consideration in volume of labor and production costs, after that,the reduction in the amount of labor and lower production costs which were the powerfactor of farmers selected the farmland improvement. Different villages have differentnatural conditions, population status and power structures, according to the analysis ofsamples village remediation content and farmers to actively can be seen, that the structureof the village of different will have different effect on rural land renovation.(3)According to the results of structural equation modeling, and the different contentof five sample villages land renovation, the analysis of farmers’ enthusiasm, differences inthe structure of the village would have different effects on rural land remediation. Thedifferent natural conditions will directly affect the contents of the internal village landremediation, superior natural conditions, adequate irrigation water village, farmlandregulation mainly is to build roads and production field, irrigation facilities; and restrictedby natural conditions in the village, farmland improvement mainly on slope terraces orincrease the irrigation water, which may increase the cost of farmland management inputs.The villagers action will be the impact of different power structures show that the subject ofrights different in different villages, can reduce the hinder factors of rural land renovationof different level, in elite leading village, social elite power stronger than the economic elite,collective actions are more vulnerable to the villagers to cooperate; in factional competitivevillage, the interests of farmers unified difficult, the resistance is more collective action; inthe dominant of cadres village, the villagers affairs is generally determined by the subject ofrights, the villagers rarely participate in the collective affairs, but in the process of landreclamation, natural condition difference will affect the enthusiasm of farmers to participate.(4)The difference of natural conditions, population, power structure and governancemodel will lead to choose different paths of land regulation in different villages. Under thecontrol of the village structure, this paper aimed at the characteristics of the sample village, put forward three kinds of land renovation path, namely two points in two, joint householdof farmers, improve the infrastructure.
