Study On Evaluation Of The Competitiveness Of Enterprises Cluster

With the deepening of the degree of economic globalization, the cluster hasbecome the mainstream mode of enterprise’s development. Cluster providedpossibility for small businesses to compete with large enterprises. Compared with thesmall businesses, the days of large enterprises which have the greater advantage andgain a competitive advantage on finance, human, innovation and so on have gone. Thedevelopment and enhancement of competitiveness for modern enterprises mainly relyon the platform of cluster.Today our country has formed a large number of enterprise clusters; they haveplayed an active role in promoting economic growth and easing the employment.However, most enterprise clusters of our country still have some problems in thedevelopment process. Such as the brand advantage is not obvious, the ability to resistrisks is bad, the ability of innovation is insufficiency, and the management system isnot perfect and so on. These factors will largely restrict the development of ourcountry’s enterprise cluster and hinder the formation of the competitiveness ofenterprise cluster of our country.Firstly, this paper summarized the research of experts and scholars on thecompetitiveness of enterprise clusters and enterprise clusters, refining their ownunderstanding of enterprise clusters and enterprise clusters competitiveness. Thepaper analyses the evaluation model of competitiveness theory and index system, thenthe index system is constructed in this article with the comprehensive consideration ofvarious factors. Finally, the paper analyses the clusters competitiveness of companiesof Shijiazhuang Province in the method of factor analysis and hierarchical analysisand based on the evaluation results I offered my proposals.This paper is divided into five parts. Chapter1is about the introduction, thepurpose and the significance of this study. Chapter2is about Literature Review andtheoretical foundation mainly concluding the concept of enterprise clusters, theformation theory of the enterprise cluster, the characteristics of enterprise clusters,and the theory about the sources, performance and characteristics of the enterprisecluster competitiveness. In chapter3I construct the Enterprise cluster competitivenessevaluation index system and this chapter is mainly about the principles expounded indicators, indicators screening, determination of building competitiveness evaluationindex system.Chapter4is empirical studies, this paper dose empirical research aboutenterprise cluster of Shijiazhuang province using the factor analysis and hierarchicalanalysis. Based on the empirical results I offer my suggestions to enhance theShijiazhuang enterprise cluster competitiveness. Chapter5is about conclusions andinadequate.
