Since the21st century, the world economic situation bccomes more complicated, and themarket environment becomes complicated too. The global competition become more intense.How companies in the market obtain sustainable development in the fierce competition hasincreasingly become the things that concerned by many entrepreneurs and scholars.Strategic adaptability as the most relevant capabilities about environment, gradually puton the agenda by scholars, however, far less than the current research on the strategicadaptability such as connotation, pathway, results are too less. The current review of theliterature shows that the research on strategic adaptability and organizational learning is still alittle, scholars or focus on organizational learning on business performance of the direct effect,or think that organizational learning through market-oriented, technology innovation,management innovation, core competence, dynamic capabilities, strategic planning, executionand other variables on enterprises performance impact, and has not yet made strategicadaptive ability into consideration. Especially nowadays is in a period of economic and socialtransformation of our businesses, the research also small, the breadth and depth of content cannot meet the needs of the Chinese enterprise strategic adaptability theory construction andcorporate practice. Therefore, it provides a chance that we research the interaction mechanismof organizational learning capability and strategic adaptability deeply, and further researchhow companies in a dynamic environment through organizational learning to affect strategicadaptability to affect corporate performance in order to achieve the enterprise performance.Therefore, according to the research of basic problems, this paper mainly focus on thefollowing three major issues:(1) Under highly complex and dynamic environment, whetherthe enterprise through organizational learning to promote the strategic adjustment capacity;(2)In this dynamic environment, the enterprise strategy adjustment capability can promote theimprovement of enterprise performance;(3) Organizational learning can directly influence oncorporate performance, or through strategic adjustment capability on firm performance hasindirect effect.In this paper,based on the domestic and foreign researching results,We make anEmpirical Study on the relationship between them. Its significance lies: the theoreticalresearch,we through lead the strategic adaptability into them,combine the organizational learning with strategic adaptability. And provide a new idea for how strategic adaptability andorganizational learning capabilities to achieve their own long-term sustainabledevelopment;practical research,through organizational learning for enterprises to improvetheir strategic adaptability,be adapt to the highly complex dynamic environment better andfaster,and maintain its sustainable competitive advantage,and it has practical guidancesignificance.Through research,I verified organizational learning capability indeed have a positive rolein promoting strategic adaptability;strategic ability indeed have a positive role in promotingperformance;organizational learning ability can not directly effect performance,but combiningstrategic ability to adapt and enterprise organizational learning ability, can really improve theperformance of the enterprise, to promote the long-term development of the enterprise.
