Development And Improve Basic On Military Core Values And Enterprise Core Values Competitiveness

Core values are spiritual strength for the stable and continuous development of enterprises. It is called "nuclear" source of enterprise culture. It would have lasting stability once it is established and be reached an agreement between leaders and staff. It would also become the standard for members to judge right or wrong. From armyman’s core values perspective, this study is to explore how enterprises build their own core values based on the military core values to broaden the way of modern enterprise development and improve the enterprise core competitiveness, referencing the Military science, Social Psychology, Modern Business Administration, enterprise culture development and relevant theories.
