The e-commerce talents help foreign trade enterprise integrated marketing to turn the tables and enhance competitiveness,Moreover, they help to further control on the marketing risk and improve the rate of return on investment control.As a result,it through the new channels to achieve maximum profit and electronic business change.Thus,foreign trade enterprise future needs what kind of e-commerce talents, how to cultivate talents and guarantee are problems which the foreign trade enterprise need attention to and solve.Based on the theory of enterprise personnel training, the article starts from the foreign trade enterprise e-commerce talents, the paper further analyzes the factors that influence the training effect of foreign trade enterprise e-commerce talents with the field survey and questionnaire method, using SPSS as the analysis tool.Then it proposes the framework of foreign trade enterprise e-commerce personnel training system,using the CIPP improved model.Finally,it puts forward much safeguard measures for the foreign trade enterprise e-commerce talented person training which provides a reference for foreign trade enterprises in order to cultivate more professional and stronger foreign trade enterprise e-commerce talents to support the development of electronic commerce. A the same time,it promotes the traditional foreign trade enterprise structure optimization and the development of economy.
