Research On Li River Scenic Spot Of Inclusive Growth

On March17,2013, President xi jinping interpreted the "Chinese dream" as " the brilliant life that people sharing and the chance of dream coming true" on the first meeting of twelfth session of the National People’s Congress conference.The two key words "sharing" and "opportunity" are exactly same as the concept of inclusive growth. Since2007, the Asian Development Bank held on a seminar of "inclusive growth promotes Chinese social harmony" in Beijing,"inclusive growth" has become the high-frequency vocabulary among China’s political speeches and academia researches. Since China’s reform and opening up, Chinese economic development presents the excessive pursuit of GDP growth, and ignoring the increase of other factors.However Inclusive growth will shift this way of growth, pay more attention to social fairness and justice, equality of opportunity, the sharing of results when pursuing economic quantity growth.The "East or west, Guilin landscape is best."which has been spreaded for hundreds of years, referring to the beautiful scenery landscape of Li River. Li Rive is one of nature’s treasures and a beautiful card what China are showing to the world.In2011, it was regarded as "the most beautiful national parks in the world " on American’s Forbes Magazine. However,the Li River scenic spot is facing the development predicament of standstill.In order to change this situation, the development mode of Li River scenic spot must be changed.This paper uses the concept of inclusive growth to guide the management and development of Li River scenic in order to promote transformation and upgrading of tourism industry,sustainable development in an all-round way.Firstly,the research of inclusive growth on the Li River scenic spot is based on a large number of literature research in this paper, combing the concept of inclusive growth and the researches of Li River scenic spot at home and abroad. Secondly, I make a detailed explanation of the theory of tourism inclusive growth.Combing the inclusive growth theory and stakeholder theory, the author puts forward the theory of inclusive growth under the perspective of stakeholders,to discuss the inclusive implementation status of scenic spot which all interested subjects are involved.Again, combining with the development situation of Li River scenic spot, the author carries on the analysis of inclusive present situation on the scenic spot.The investigation of this part is got through field visits, field survey and interview the the government administrative staff of Li River scenic spot, accessing to the first-hand information.Finally, according to the current situation, put forward the way to achieve the inclusive growth of tourism on Li River scenic spot.
