China’s listed company is a product of the china’s reform and opening up policy, before that, China’s enterprises are mostly state-owned enterprises and collective enterprises. China’s listed companies have developed since the mid-1980s along with the development of the joint-stock reform of state-owned enterprises.At present, the competition among enterprises are not only capital operation but also all the aspects of enterprises, Including public relations. But now most of China’s state-owned listed companies don’t pay much attention to public relations, some of them even ignore public relations, they do not realize excellent public relations will help them build good intangible assets, and give their enterprises further development, on the contrary, the unsuccessful public relations will bring unexpected hit to their enterprises, and even destruction.This article will take CHINA XD ELECTRIC CO., LTD. as a example. the research on public relations of the China’s state-owned listed companies will solve the problems above and help them get better development on their reputations, images and profits.The article will mainly from the social responsibility practices, investor relations, and corporate and government, community, media, employees and other object relations perspective to analyze and research, then put forward feasible suggestions.
