Forestry Enterprise Internal Control Study On Some Problems

With the deepening market economy reform, modern enterprise system gradually perfect, and the forestry enterprise internal control problems are more and more people’s attention. Internal control oversight of growing seriously hindered the healthy development of forestry enterprise. This article obtains from the internal control problems, analyze and understand the important role of internal control in enterprises, and based on the particularity of forestry enterprises under our country forestry enterprise’s development present situation and existing problems of internal control, and combined with the development of internal control at home and abroad to find influence factors of enterprise internal control of forestry in China, puts forward some effective Suggestions of perfecting our country’s forestry enterprise internal control. Article aims to make the forestry enterprises improve the importance of internal control, clear the reform ideas, enhance the enthusiasm of enterprise internal control construction of forestry, the forestry enterprise internal control management improvement. The first part of this paper introduces the writing background, the significance of this paper, research status at home and abroad as well as the methods used. The second part mainly introduces the related theory of internal control. Article third part introduced the current our country enterprise internal control present situation and existing problems of forestry. The fourth part mainly by the analytic hierarchy process method and the questionnaire survey analysis of causes and improvement of forestry enterprise internal control measures.The fifth part introduces the content and method of the construction of forestry enterprise internal control system. In the last part of paper for internal control Yunnan Jinggu forestry Limited by Share Ltd, further explained the application of forestry enterprise internal control system in practice.Internal control can not only promote the realization of enterprise strategic goals, improve the management level of enterprises, guarantee the internal information true and reliable, and also internal control as the forestry enterprise production and business operation activities of self-regulation and self constraint of inner control mechanism, has the very important position in the enterprise management. It is because of these reasons, transition of forestry enterprise operating mechanism, management system, to build compatible with market economy development requirements of the internal control management system, improve the efficiency and effect of internal control, has become our country forestry enterprise reform objectives and direction,and realize forestry enterprises healthy development and effective operation.
