On The Agricultural Industrialization In Weifang City

Agricultural industrialization is a very important work of the socialist new rural construction, which is the effective way to realize the construction of new socialist countryside. At present, our country’s agriculture development is in the transformation period from traditional agriculture to modern agricultural industrialization. Agricultural industrialization is the inevitable choice to develope modern agriculture, which plays an important role in the increase of farmers’income and new rural construction. The traditional agriculture is weak. The change from the traditional agriculture to the modern agricultural industrialization is the key factor for the solution of agricultural development and increasing the farmers’income, which is also the only way to the new rural construction. The fundamental goal of the agricultural modernization is to increase farmers’income. The important task of the agricultural industrialization is to cultivate new modern farmers. The goal of agricultural modernization is to form competitive leading enterprises on the basis of agricultural products processing scale, and promote the regional agricultural industry area to the high-tech development, make the characteristic agricultural products and brand agricultural product develope, and set up relatively perfect system in functions of the market circulation and form the industrialization pattern to increase the farmers’ income.This dissertation is divided into six parts. The first chapter is introduction, which mainly includes the research background and significance, and the major contents, and research methods, domestic and foreign research present situation and the development trends, technical route and the main innovation points of this dissertation. The second chapter is about related theory, including agricultural industry characteristic analysis, natural dependence, target product elasticity low and versatility, etc. The third chapter is about the experiences of the agricultural industrialization in Taiwan and abroad, including the system of agricultural industrialization in the United States, the system of agricultural industrialization in Japan, the road of agricultural industrialization in the South Korea, the development path of agricultural industrialization in Taiwan. The fourth chapter focuses on the present situation and problems of the agricultural industrialization in Weifang, including the agricultural characteristics, the present development situation and results of the agricultural industrialization, and the development problems in the process of the agricultural industrialization and the cause analysis of the problems. The fifth chapter focuses on the countermeasures and suggestions of promoting the agricultural industrialization in Weifang, which includes the following:the government should strengthen the planning guidance, cultivate a dominant industry and product, cultivate and support leading enterprises, improve enterprises’management benefit, formulate the financial support policy to resolve the difficulties in getting loans and guarantee, establish and improve the market system of agricultural products and market information network system, construct the agricultural standard system, improve the quality of agricultural products, vigorously implement the strategy of developing agriculture through science and education, improve agricultural competitiveness, improve the social service system, in order to guarantee the agricultural industrialization. The sixth chapter is the conclusion.
