Trust is one of the four major financial industries and is as important as bank,securities and insurance.Trust provides the special service in the financial intermediation, investment banking, property management and social welfare fields, which is an indispensable part of the financial system. To improve and perfect the trust system of China is one content of China’s financial system reform. In addition.trust plays self-evident role in promoting the national economy, especially for our country that is in a stage of rapid development, whose economic and social structure is constantly in transition. The development of the trust industry,the establishment of the relevant laws and regulations and its supporting systems,will give a great help to the economic and social development in China.this paper will calculate its evaluation and management efficiency of China’s trust industry, and give the advice of enhancing the trust corporate governance efficiency and level of supervision measures, selecting the trust input and output indicators accorded with the situation of our country,according to the problems of governance inefficiency and unreasonable regulatory existing in the development process of trust industry in China,using the historical data and DEA, on the basis of research results from domestic and international trust industry management efficiency.and make the reseach on the trust regulatory system in china in draw lessons from developed countries in Europe and America trust supervision mode and our country Hainan trust industry experiences.
