The Theory of service quality can provide a good guidance for thedevelopment of exhibition industry.However, convention and exhibition industry itself has certain complexity, and ithas unique characteristics which is different from general service. It has severalservice targets, including the exhibitors, professional audience, conference andexhibition service providers, etc. In recent years, scholars’ research of convention andexhibition is more focused on exhibitors, because the exhibitors is the main source ofexhibition economy income. But as exhibitors’ directly customer group, the effect ofthe professional audience should not be ignored. So in this paper, the service qualityof the professional audience is chosen as the research object.Experience theory has got some practical application in every field, and theeffect is relatively significant. The penetration of experience theory in every industryis also the general trend of the world. Under the guidance of this theory, theoptimization of service quality is bound to be different from general conditions ofservice quality improvement, and it more conforms to the trend of times.On the basis of combing relevant knowledge customer experience, servicequality and customer satisfaction, etc. This article analyses the influence factors of theprofessional audience experience from the perspective of customer experience.
