| Investment in fixed assets has dual functions of regulating supply and demand, it plays a vital role to the entire social economy development. With the implementation of the western development strategy, Xinjiang fixed asset investment have increased continuously,which promote the sustained and rapid growth of economy and society in Xinjiang,the economic and social development environment improved obviously. Investment in fixed asset’s objective is to achieve maximum benefits, including economic benefit and social benefit. The scale of investment have improved a lot,but investment benefit is not good.,which is a problem that have been existing in China’s fixed asset investment,as well as a problem Xinjiang is supposed to deal timely.Firstly,this text studied the domestic and overseas documents of the evaluation of the investment benefit of fixed assets,defined the the related notion and determine the related research contents.Secondly, based on the situation of Xinjiang investment in fixed assets,to analyze the scale efficiency and structure efficiency,analyzes the influence factors of Xinjiang investment benefit in fixed assets.Thirdly,according to construction principles and influencing factors,this text construt the evaluation index system of Xinjiang fixed asset investment benefit including economic benefits and social benefits,to analyze comprehensively evaluation of the country and31regions by using the principal component analysis method.According to the evaluation results,make comprehensive and comparative analysis of Xinjiang and other parts of the fixed asset investment economic benefit and social benefit, find out the advantages and disadvantages. Finally, the paper puts forward some counter measures and suggestions to promote investment benefit in fixed asset of Xinjiang.Through the research,this paper draws the following conclusion:The investment in fixed asset in Xinjiang continued to expand, which spurs economic development;The proportion of the folk investment of Xinjiang’s investment in fixed assets needs to be increased; In the origin of the current Xinjiang’s fixed asset investment,the proportion of using of foreign capital and the self-financing is smaller;The technology structure and industrial investment structure of current Xinjiang’s fixed asset investment should be optimized;The current Xinjiang’s investment benefit in fixed asset is in the middle and lower levels,lower than the national level and lags behind the the developed areas a lot.The problems are as follows, the application rate of fixed assets is low, the benefit of investment in fixed assets promote the role of disadvantage is obvious in resident income, employment, foreign trade, science and technology, education and environmental protection. |
